Wade Phillips Is The Definition Of Dead Man Walking

Can we finally stop calling Dallas the most talented team in the league that just isn’t playing to their potential? The organization, while annoyingly popular, has turned into the bad NFL version of the New York Yankees. They seem to have all the money, but it obviously isn’t turning into championships. And like the Yankees, they basically disgust me all the way from the owner down to their whore fans.

With that being said, there is one person within the Cowboys that I do kinda feel bad for. Let’s be honest, does anyone have worse job security on the planet than Wade Phillips? Every single week, the ‘Boys dickhead of an owner has to tell the media that Wade has survived at least another week. Jerry has also said that Wade will not be fired before the end of the season, but that just basically puts Wade’s job in temp status. I mean, I get it. He’s 1-6. The team obviously could give two s**ts less about playing hard for the guy, and it doesn’t get any easier as this week they have to go to Green Bay.

But if you are a Cowboy’s fan, what the f**k do you do with the remainder of your season? Your quarterback is now Jon Kitna, you’re last place in probably the most competitive division in the NFC, and now your coach is going to be too busy freshening up his resume to even attempt a worth-while game plan (Which is how you lose to Jacksonville by 3 scores). Is it even worth paying attention to anymore?
