Tebow in JAX? Jaguars Season Ticket Holders Beg To Differ
Jacksonville Jaguars general manager Gene Smith revealed yesterday that in a poll of 800 Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket holders, 55 percent voted against the idea of the team drafting Tim Tebow at all.
If you remember a few months back, owner Wayne Weaver said that he’d love to add Tebow to the roster if the Jacksonville fans would fill the stadium to see him. He even went so far as to compare Tebow to Brett Favre in Minnesota.
Maybe he should rethink his strategy before he loses the team and the fans completely. Maybe the fans would rather win and don’t think Tebow is the answer. Maybe Gene Smith conducted this poll to save his ass from his boss.

If the Jags waste a 1st round pick on this guy, I will never watch a Jags game ever again. I live in FL, and believe it or not, there are a lot of people that feel this way. Only faggot ass Gator fans think he will be worth a damn, but he won’t. 4th round pick at best.

They asked the wrong people. If the idea is to get Tebow to motivate people to buy season tickets, they should ask people that have recently dropped their season tickets.
If they want to know how good the fans think Tebow will be in the NFL, they got it right.
People need to leave Tebow alone! He’s a nice kid who doesn’t deserve all the negativity people want to bring him down, but God will carry him to be the best.

Too bad Sufjan’s song is about Jacksonville, IL and not Jacksonville, FL. We haven’t had a really good band come out of Jacksonville, FL since Lynyrd Skynyrd (Limp Bizkit was not good.)
