We have three witness statements also originally obtained from The Smoking Gun. There’s some juicy nuggets in here like Ben telling Victoria “…I like to fuck girls.”
That’s niiiiice, Ben.
I’m still wondering one thing, though: Where is the part of the story that tells how the hell he got her pants off? I have heard nothing of violent removal of clothing or a physical struggle. How and when did her pants get off?
Leaving out this detail is maddening.
The three friends of the accuser who gave written statement to police are Victoria Garofalo, Ann Marie Lubatti and Nicole Biancofiore. We also have the hand-written scans of the police reports at the bottom of the article. Please treat all of these transcripts as [sic'd].

“Last night I met up with [Name redacted], Ann Marie, Nicole, and some of our other sorority sisters at Velvet, when I arrived they were all taking pictures with these big guys (I had no clue who they were) but they were telling me to get into the picture, so I did & after I asked who these guys were and they told me it was Ben Rothesburger of the Steelers and some other players.

So we all stood around Velvet, had casual conversations and they even asked our age & were kinda surprised when I said 19 & the other girls 20. But then shortly after the bar started to get crowded and they decided to leave. We stayed for a bit and one of our sorority sisters decided she wanted to go to the Brick (she works there & gets her discount & what not)
So she wanted to go and we did. We get to the Brick and Ben & his other friends are sitting at the bar with security behind them but there’s a seat on the right (two from Ben) & so me and [Name redacted] went there and sat and talked with Ben & his friend, Willi Colone, for a while, drinks were being bought etc.
Some time later it came up that [Name redacted]’s name tag (from a birthday earlier) said d.t.f on it (a joke between a few of us) but Ben said he didn’t know what d.t.f. meant so we told him it means “down to fuck” and he said “I’m not d.t.f. but I like to fuck girls.”
And more talking went on between us all until they left the bar. Then I seperated with [Name redacted] and the other girls and went with another group and everything else happened & I was told about it this morning and felt I needed to give my statement.
Looking back and hearing all of the details it seems to me that it was a set-up and so I think this needed to be told.”

“[Name redacted], Nicole Bianofiore, Victoria Garofalo and I arrived at Velvet at 11:15. We introduced ourselves to Ben Roethlisberger and took pictures. Ben, his 2 bodyguards, and I friend left Velvet. After about 20 minutes [Name redacted], Nicole, Victoria, and I went to the Brick. Ben was sitting at the bar, so we talked to him for about another 30-45 minutes.

Ben, his 2 bodyguards, and 1 friends left when the Brick started getting crowded. After about 10 minutes [Name redacted], Nicole, AMA and I went to Capital. The backroom was curtained off and Ben was back there with about 15-20 girls.
He was bying everyone shots and just talking and taking pictures with everyone. At this point he was noticeably intoxicated. I saw [Name redacted] and Ben talking from across the bar. Then I saw one of Ben’s bodyguards come up to [Name redacted] and guide her to a side door.
About 2 minutes later I saw Ben walk back there. I immediately went up to the other bodyguard and said “this is right. My friend is back there with Ben. She needs to come back right now.”
The bodyguard wouldn’t look at me, he just said “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
That’s when Nicole told me that Rocky said, “Ben’s an NFL quarterback, he won’t do anything to ruin his reputation.” After waiting a few more minutes (total of about 10 minutes) I saw Ben walk out of the door. I walked around looking for [Name redacted] and I found her walking out of a different exit from the room they were in.
She said “We need to go now.” So we starting walking towards the exit, and she told me what happened on our way out and while walking down the sidewalk. She said that he walked back to where she was with his penis already out of his pants.
She told him that they shouldn’t be doing this and that it wasn’t right. [Name redacted] told me she got up to walk out and she opened the bathroom door by mistake and he followed her in there, and shut the door. She continued to say she didn’t want to have sex, but he kept saying “No, it’s OK.” He had unprotected sex with her.

After hearing what happened [Name redacted], Nicole Biancofiore, and I walked up to the first cop car we saw and told them what happened.”

“[Name redacted], Ann Marie Lubatti, Aliesha Schoelton, Victoria Garofalo, and myself arrived downtown at the Velvet Elvis around midnight. Here we met Ben and his “crew” and took pictures and talked with him. Later we went to the Brick and met up with Ben once again and talked and hung out.
I left to go to Capital City without these girls but later ran into them at Capital City. Ben and his crew showed up at Capital City and I introduced my friend to him. He then stated that drinks were on him for my friend and I.
When I turned to my friend she had a bad feeling about it and then turned back around to Ben and he said to forget about it; he got angry rather fast. At the back of Capital City, the room was blocked off for him and females only. All of my friends were back there so I went. He was buying shots for many of the girls.

Shortly after I watched one of his body guards bring [Name redacted] into a back room and Ben followed in after. My friend Aliesha Schoelton tried to open the door but it was locked. One of Ben’s body guards kicked Aliesha out of the back room at Capital City. My friend Ann Marie went to Ben’s other body guard and told him that [Name redacted] was in no state of mind to be back there.
The body guard simply told Ann Marie that he didn’t know what she was talking about. Then I attempted to get [Name redacted] out of the room by speaking with the owner of Capital City, Rocky. I told Rocky that [Name redacted] was too drunk to be back there and he told me not to worry because Ben would not do anything to ruin his reputation.
Ben walked out of the back room about ten minutes later and then shortly after [Name redacted] was crying and Ann Marie and I asked what happened and she told us he raped her.
She told him “this isn’t right” and his response was that it was okay. After leaving Capital City we spoke with the police.”

Ben roethlisberger is guilt of absolutely nothing… ill put any amount of money on it. The girl who had sex with him wasn’t forced to drink, not was she forced to wear a sticker sayng “DTF”. The only fact of anyone committing a crime lies on the accuser who was drinking illegally underage and carried a false ID. No other crime was committed. Do you really think that the District Attorney wouldn’t have loved to prosecute this high profile case if he thought he had a chance to win it? No evidence – no proof – no crime. The only reason she didn’t want to go forward with the case because it was “personally intrusive” is because more information was going to come out about her past and expose her for what she really is. As far as her bimbo sorority sisters go, a think a couple of them were just mad that she was getting the invite to the VIP room and all the attention from Ben and they weren’t, so they edged her on to report this farce of a scenerio. Ben may of been accused twice (or more depending on what you believe) but accusations dont make true statements! it seems to me like he has always been out for a good time and all the girls are out for a good time until their egos get shattered! its kinda like your boyfriend has the biggest d*ck in the world until you break up then he was the worst mistake of your life. all these girls wanted him and when they found out they werent the best they thought oh i’ll get you back watch this and now his career and his reputation is ruined! What’s the evidence of a set up? Are you serious? They go to the bar that Big Ben is at, they ask for pictures and hit on him. Ben leaves. They follow him to the next bar and find a seat right next to him and explain to him that they are DTF. He leaves again. And they follow him AGAIN to the next bar. How do we know they are following him? Think about it, this town probably only has 4-5 bars that are big enough or nice enough for Big Ben and his crew to hang. You know they cruised around looking for Ben’s SUV. When they hit that last Bar, they went looking for Ben and his VIP area, hoping to get in. The only evidence missing in this whole debaucle is any evidence of rape. Ben saw the condition of this girl, wised up and backed off. Exactly what he should have done.

By reading this, it sounds as if there was more than one way to get into the area, so the other women stated that they could not get back there; yet Ben leaves one way and She leaves another way.
Dr, there is no need for Ben to drive his SUV. He can park in one spot and walk from bar to bar. Plus the police station was a half block away. The DA stated that it was the sisters that stated she was raped. When first questioned by the police about rape, she said no!
