We have collected and transcribed as much of the Ben Roethlisber rape victim’s statements to the police as we could. The records (see image below) were collected by The Smoking Gun.
It is a disturbing read to say the least. Her story is so realistic, you can smell the jizz. Regardless of what really happened, it will be impossible to look at him the same ever again.
The rape victim gave two separate statements. The first one, dated March 4, was very sloppy and hard to read at times.
The entire thing should be treated as [sic'd]:
“I met Ben Rotheseburgehergh at Velvet. he went to the Brick because he was [illegible] to not be bombarded by fans. He then met us at the Brick and called us ‘a tease.’
Eventually we saw him at the Capital City & saw him there. We said “hey” and he started talking to [name redacted] (nothing in particular) and his bodyguards took him back to the “room” in / bathroom I said “I don’t know if this is a good idea” and he said “It’s OK.” he had sex w/ me and meanwhile his bodyguards told my friends they couldn’t pass them to get to me. my friends found me & talked to [Milledgeville] policeman & he said to report it.

Her second statement, given March 5, is much easier to read. Again, treat it as [sic'd]:
“We went downtown to velvet Elvis, where we first saw our friends. We then saw Ben Rothesburgher? and his friends/bodyguards. We went to take pictures (group) with him and then we left him alone. We went to the brick where they happened to be , and we continued to have casual conversation, he even made crude, sexual remarks.
They ended up leaving, and we went Capital, where they also were. Ben asked us to go to his “vip” area (back of Capital) We all went with him. He said there were shots for us, munerous shots were on the bar, and he told us to take them.
His bodyguard came and took my arm and said come with me, he escorted me into a side door/hallway, and sat me on a stool. he left and Ben came back with his penis out of his pants.
I told him it wasn’t OK, no, we don’t need to do this and I proceeded to get up and try to leave. I went to the first door I saw, which happened to be a bathroom. He followed me into the bathroom & shut the door behind him. I still said no, this is not ok, and he then had sex with me. He said it was ok.
He then left without saying anything. I went out of the hallway/door to the side where I saw my friends. We left Capital and went to the first police car we saw.”
The police officer who took the report gave a statement as well [sic'd]:
“I was approached by the complainant in front of Buffingtons. She advised me that while in Capital City, she was sexually assaulted or sexually manipulated by the suspect around 0130 hours. She also stated that one of the suspects bodyguards escorted her to a back room/hallway area where the suspect was.
Once there she stated the suspect asked her for sex. At this time it is unclear to what happened after this point due to the complainants recollection being foggy from to her intoxication level. However she did write a statement of what she thought happened.
The complainant was escorted to ORMC, where she made contact with Detective Henderson. See complainants statement. Also see witnesses statements.
The suspect stated that he remembers the complainant being around him, but advising her she was too drunk after observing her fall. He then walked away from her. The suspect was advised by his legal advisor not to give a written statement at this time. This case was turned over to Detective Henderson.”

this statement is like swiss cheese..full of holes.obviously, from the pics that were taken throughout the nite,she knew what she was doing. and if everyone on earth would be arrested for being stupid,there would be nobody walking around!!!!Ben should try his hand at a cougar,they know what they’re doing in bed or anywhere else and they’ll keep their mouths shut .dumb whore.
It’s great that you put this on here. It is somewhat saddening the way he has been convicted in the court of public opinion when there wasn’t even enough evidence to charge him. People that falsely cry rape do a major disservice to those poor souls who have been forced to endure such a terrible assault. This whole story reeks of BS. Why can’t this whole ridiculous scenario just be put to bed?
Ben was dumb putting himself out there when he was a target.

All’s well that ends well I just wish the sanctimonious Rooneys, the NFL and most of Pittsburgh would just shut up and let it go.

Yeah in the accuser’s statement she says that she told him a couple of times during the alleged assault that this is NOT OKAY. Hmmmm what was she telling him prior to that all evening by wearing that disgusting pin DTF and making sure he knew what it stood for ; and for following him around from club to club and approaching him at each and every place; and for gulping alcohol down her throat at every opportunity; and according to those who saw her posing for photos – she was all over him. I have never bought her story from the beginning and the more I read, it only confirms my belief. Did anyone else ever question why the sorority sisters, “in a quest of unison” immediatley deleted all their facebook pages upon reporting this to the police? Do you think maybe their photos and comments would have shown another side of the accuser and her friends? I rest my case.
News flash…Roethlisberger suspended without pay for at least 6 games and ordered to receive counseling before he’s able to play again…This wing nut needed to be suspended for the entire year because of violation of the NFL personal conduct policy that doesn’t allow their players to assault young women…Even if they are willing.
Read a book Ben and stay out of the bars because that way you could possibly retain your job and not continually be brought up on assault charges…If your lucky you will be traded in the next 24 hours and you won’t have to endure the embarrassment of being a dismal failure as a man and as a team-mate.
