Every once in a while you get a moment in soccer that is absolutely hilarious. Whether it be the opposite team’s goalie scoring a goal or a ref taking a ball to the face, sometimes soccer can be just as entertaining as the rest of the 4 big sports.
Well in a match with Waterford United vs Mervue United in Ireland, one of the funniest moments I have ever seen in soccer occurred. It makes me feel bad for this guy in more ways than one.
Not only does he take a ball to the face (soccer ball you immature f**ks), but that ball also ricochets off of his face and into his own goal – scoring what has to be the greatest/most hilarious own goal in the history of soccer.
