About three weeks ago we railed the Oregon Ducks football program for being the NCAA version of the Cincinnati Bengals.
At the time quarterback Jeremy Masoli and receiver Garrett Embry were being accused of committing burglary by stealing a laptop and a guitar from a frat house, but no charges had been filed.
John Canzano, of the Oregonian, reported on his Twitter last night that both Masoli and Embry have been arraigned for felony burglary and will show up in court on Friday. Teammate LaMichael James is also due in court that day to face his domestic violence charge.
What an embarrassing day for the Oregon football program.

Was it worth it, I hope he can learn so he can play on Sun. The wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person. Remember you do have that choice to choose who you spend your time with.
