For the first time in 21 years the Browns will have a leader who has experienced success at the NFL level. The extent of his involvement are not known yet, but it is assumed he will have his hands in everything.
I would personally hope he does not take it all on himself. A task of that magnitude would wear anyone out. I am hoping more of a leadership role a la Bill Parcells.
Imagine if he brought in Jon Gruden to coach.
