Everybody’s favorite jackass, Johnny Knoxville, gets a chance to hang with BMX legend Mat Hoffman while VBS.TV captures a full reel of glorious film of the grizzled veteran riding Bucky Lasek’s pool in Encinitas, California.

Mat has recently had his right arm rebuilt and he has limited range of motion. He is defying the odds by simply riding again.

For those of you who don’t know, Hoffman is the first guy to do a 900. He is the godfather of big bike tricks. He has destroyed his body in ways you don’t even want to hear about. He has been featured in ESPN’s 30 for 30 series.

And he doesn’t give a s**t about that — as long as he can “go for it.”
