Dontrelle willis should hold the number one spot. Placed on disabled list cause of anxiety then made 7 starts (s**tty starts) and right back on the disabled list. Nice 10 million dollar investment

You forgot the worst Cub of all, Milton Bradley. Not exactly sure what his salary was, but I know he didn't do a damn thing last year…Except complain about the fans being racist.
