Jack Nicklaus has been the epitome of grace for the entirety of his life. This is apparently not a genetic trait. His grandson, Nick O’Leary, may look a helluva lot like the Golden Bear, but he sure has a thing or two to learn about not being a dick.
O’Leary, rated by many as the best tight end in the country, plays for West Palm Beach (Fl.) Dwyer High School. The Panthers, one of the top programs in the nation, and winners of 31 straight coming into Monday’s game in the Herbstreit Classicat Ohio Stadium, faced the Tarblooders of Cleveland Glenville High.
This was expected to be a top-notch match-up involving two of the best programs in the country. And it was, right up until the end. The game ended in controversial fashion, with both teams thinking they won, and this guy thinking Dwyer CLEARLY won, at least twice on the final drive.
After the officials decided the Tarblooders were the victors –again, ridiculous- Dwyer standout O’Leary showed what he really stands out at: being a dick. He threw his helmet in disgust, and gave the time honored, one-finger salute to the officials. Nicklaus was in the crowd, the game being in his hometown of Columbus .
Hopefully, for our sakes and O’Leary’s future teammates, the Bear gave him an ass-kicking about what it’s like to be a man i.e. not throwing your helmet and losing your s**t. He’s young though, and here’s hoping to he got taught a lesson.

Yeah, I hope this kid wasn’t planning on coming to OSU. Seems like he would be a perfect fit if he just stuck around the Florida schools. Jeremy Shockey #2?
hopefully jack stood him against a wall and fired golf balls at him for acting like that.
