
In spite of two incredible performances by both quarterbacks, tonight’s Pac-10, er, NFC playoff game ended on a freak defensive play that will haunt Aaron Rodgers for the rest of the off-season.

Much like Tony Romo’s fumbled field goal from a few years ago, Rodgers will dream of this kick/fumble every night for the next 4 months or longer. On a night when the Packers showed amazing grit coming back from a 31-10 deficit by scoring 35 points in the second half, neither team’s defense could stop anyone.
Even though the Cardinals won, I would still fire the s**t out of Neil Rackers. He shanked an easy 34-yard field goal with 9 seconds left in the game that would have put it away. This game frankly never should have gone to overtime and I’m sure Rodgers is wishing it didn’t.
Immediately after the errant fumble/kick by Rodgers, Cardinals defender Karlos Dansby caught the ball in mid air and returned it 17 yards for a touchdown, ending the game and the Packers’ season.
