Are the Cavs learning from the Browns’ Dirty Mistakes?

Are the Cavs learning from the Browns Dirty Mistakes? In an attempt to make “The Q” a more sanitary environment, the Cleveland Cavs have decided to remove all drinking fountains from the Arena, thus forcing fans to either buy a $4 bottle of water or wait in line for 20 minutes to get a free 9-ounce cup.

The team is saying that concerns of the Swine Flu Virus are what led them to remove the obviously filthy drinking fountains, but I have a feeling they have other reasons in mind.
