Aroldis Chapman to the Reds?

In a report released today, a source told ESPN The Magazine’s Jorge Arangure that one of the most enticing free agents of the year is signing with the Cincinnati Reds.
The Cuban defector who played on the Cuban national team in 2009 for the WBC will join Edinson Volquez, Johnny Cueto, and Homer Bailey, not to mention veterans Aaron Harang and Bronson Arroyo in the rotation, if he pitches well in the minors, where he will surely begin the season.
According to major league scouts, Chapman’s fastball has been clocked as high as 103 MPH. Chapman bats and throws left-handed. He is listed at 6′ 4″ and 180 pounds.
This is somewhat surprising because the Reds are not usually a team that pursues high priced free agents. Reds brass had even stated several weeks ago that they would not be busy in free agency this off-season. I think this would qualify as busy.
