13-year-old Commits to USC Class of 2015
Basketball has LeBron James. Baseball has Bryce Harper. The continued list of young phenoms has now reached the ultimate level of ridiculousness.
According to numerous reports, USC has recieved a verbal commitment from 13-year-old QB David Sills out of Bear, DE for the class of 2015.
Sills, whose only exposure to Kiffin is a youtube video, has just accepted the fact that the media will now be watching his every move for the next 5 years. I hope he wasn’t looking for an actual childhood?
The 6′ tall Sills (yes, 6′ tall 13-year-old) and his father will be heading out to California within the next couple weeks to formally meet Kiffin and the rest of the USC staff.
Regardless if USC is David’s dream school, I couldn’t even imagine the type of pressure that this is going to put on this kid. And at 13-years-old, he hasn’t exactly had the time to dream yet has he?
